SASAN REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes things change and we want to be able to accommodate your change in mindset. Therefore, a full refund can be given on an order before it has been shipped.
All refunds of any transaction's amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
 
SASAN RETURN POLICY
At Sasan, we are proud to offer an easy and hassle-free return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon or a full refund. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery. You will be issued either a credit coupon or a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, depending on your mode of payment.
For a successful return process, kindly ensure that your request meets the following criteria:
  1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie sets that include a brief. Intimate wear does not come with any return/ exchange.
  2. The original receipt of purchase is maintained: one that was delivered with the package or a print out of the email confirmation.
  3. Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
  4. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
  5. There is a no return policy for items on special or season promotions and stock clearance.
  6. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Payments made online
For online, prepaid orders, the refund amount will be processed once the items have been received and gone through a thorough quality check. Once processed, the bank will take 10-14 working days to complete your refund. Please contact us if you haven’t received your refund within 14 days

Payments through Cash On Delivery
For COD orders, a credit note will be issued to your Sasan.ae account once the item(s) has been received and a quality check has been conducted. To process a COD return order, kindly contact our customer service department on support@sasan.ae or +971563811581. This coupon can be used for a future purchase on Sasan.ae and is valid for 6 months. The coupon must be used all at once and cannot be utilized in separate installments. The purchase being completed with this credit note can be of the same value as the credit note or higher.

How do I return something?
Check that the items you're intending to return meet our returns guidelines.
Then follow these instructions to request a return:
Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
Step 3: Call us on +971 563811581 to check if a pick-up is available in your area or not. Sasan provides reverse pick up facility only in cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Sasan or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.
In case your reason to return is none of the above, follow step 4.
In case you are returning a product for any of the above-mentioned reasons, our logistics partner will come and pick up your returned box.
Step 4: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returned box –

Will the delivery fee be refunded if I return my order?
In the case that a wrong item or size is sent, we will be happy to refund the delivery fee. Unfortunately, if you no longer wish to keep the item, we will not be able to refund your delivery fee.

Can I place an order for Exchange on Sasan.ae?
In order to place an exchange order, follow the steps of an “Order Refund” and we would be delighted to receive your new order.
